Joe Fisher co-founded the business in 2017 following more than three decades of specialized leadership in the global battery and power management industry. Throughout his distinguished career, Fisher has held executive management roles in industry-leading energy technology enterprises, directing global expansion initiatives, strategic OEM partnerships, and commercial restructuring across fast-growing energy storage markets.

John Aittama brings over two decades of international operational expertise, cell manufacturing leadership, and precision engineering design to MKI Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Having directed multi-site manufacturing facilities across the battery, medical device, and automotive sectors, Aittama oversees global supply chain integrity, lean manufacturing protocols, quality management systems (ISO 9001), and production scaling to satisfy strict OEM delivery schedules worldwide.

Yazid Saidi has spearheaded advanced battery cell chemistry research and electrochemistry innovation for more than 20 years. Recognized as a technical authority in phosphate chemistry, Saidi holds numerous patents covering cathode material formulations, dry battery electrode technologies, high-voltage/high-temperature electrolyte systems, and next-generation hybrid energy storage cells. His work directly ensures that MKI Energy's LFP cells offer unmatched thermal safety and superior cycle life.

Fred Wang oversees global corporate finance, capital allocation, audit, and strategic financial planning at MKI Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Previously the founder of Pinewood Circle Capital and Head of Investment Banking with the Starr Group, Wang brings an extensive track record in global corporate development. His career includes key strategic roles with KPMG (Director of Strategic Services, New York), Ernst & Young, Capital One, and Berkshire Capital, providing MKI Energy with robust financial governance and long-term fiscal strength.

Eivind Aarnes Nilsen directs global legal strategy, intellectual property protection, regulatory compliance, and cross-border commercial contracting. Prior to joining the management team, Nilsen was a senior corporate attorney at SANDS law firm, specializing in international energy law, corporate transactions, and clean-tech venture activities. A co-founder of Otovo AS and member of the Norwegian Bar Association's Energy and Environmental Law Committee, Nilsen ensures full legal compliance and IP security for global OEM clients.
